Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to spearhead Oracle ERP transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading complex ERP transformations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-go-live support. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management capabilities to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines while aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the complete Oracle ERP transformation lifecycle, encompassing planning, requirements gathering, implementation, migration, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Transformation: Lead Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration and implementation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Team and Stakeholder Management: Direct project teams, vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment with project goals.
• Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, including project plans, RAID logs, risk and issue management, and change management processes.
• Integration and Data Management: Coordinate integration activities, data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and Go-Live processes to ensure seamless transitions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular and transparent project status updates to senior management and steering committees, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Alignment: Ensure all project activities align with business objectives, IT standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in IT Project Management, with a strong preference for ERP transformation projects.
• Oracle ERP Expertise: Proven experience in managing Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, with a focus on EBS-to-Fusion transformations.
• Project Lifecycle Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the full ERP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Digital Transformation Experience: Background in large-scale digital transformation initiatives and enterprise systems implementation.
• Regional Experience: Prior experience working in government or public-sector projects in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
• Certifications: PMP certification is mandatory. Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or equivalent may be required based on client specifications.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, budget oversight, and team leadership abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
