In this full-time, on-site role based in the breathtaking setting of Ummahat Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end IT solutions that empower both our guests and associates. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our networks, systems, and applications operate flawlessly, enabling our luxury resorts to deliver the iconic St. Regis experience with timeless elegance and modern sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of technical and operational duties, including but not limited to:

• Network and System Administration: Install, configure, manage, and maintain computer networks, workstations, servers, and hardware/software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity, escalating complex problems to vendors or specialized technicians as needed.
• User Support and Training: Provide comprehensive end-user support for all applications and systems, training staff and guests on proper usage, security protocols, and best practices to maximize productivity and minimize risks.
• Security and Compliance: Plan, implement, and monitor network security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Oversee backup procedures, including the secure storage of backup tapes in fireproof safes, to protect critical information.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: Analyze current IT processes, recommend enhancements, and implement solutions that drive efficiency, cost savings, and organizational growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess computing needs and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Inventory and Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all technological devices and assets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking to support asset lifecycle management.
• Guest and Associate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and associates, addressing service needs with professionalism and discretion. Uphold the brand’s commitment to the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Plan and coordinate IT-related installations, relocations, additions, and system enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Manage disk space allocation across the network to optimize performance and storage capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:
