Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are eager to launch and develop their careers in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations to identify potential improvements and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables and client presentations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering technologies and methodologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality management systems to maintain a secure and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
• Must be a Saudi national or hold a valid transferable residency permit (Iqama) that allows for full-time employment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or MATLAB, is a plus.
