Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of comprehensive engineering plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for complex projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements.

• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies, enhancing project resilience.
• Leverage advanced planning tools and methodologies—such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or BIM—to optimize project workflows and improve decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to align technical and operational objectives with strategic business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including those related to sustainability, safety, and environmental impact.
• Mentor junior engineers and planning teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Present strategic insights and progress reports to executive leadership, advocating for data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in planning and project management.
• Proven expertise in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software, with a strong ability to interpret and apply data analytics.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects, demonstrating a track record of delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian and international planning regulations, including those related to sustainability (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) and safety compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative mindset and leadership experience in cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving innovation and process improvement.
