Italian Kitchen, a distinguished member of a leading group with an extensive network of 35 branches, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our showroom and potential customers, delivering exceptional service while driving sales performance and fostering long-term client relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming customer inquiries into successful transactions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Showroom Sales Executive, your core responsibilities will include:

• Sales Execution and Target Achievement: Proactively engage with walk-in customers, assess their needs, and close sales deals to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough consultations to accurately identify customer requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, enabling you to propose the most suitable kitchen and dressing room solutions.
• Customized Product Presentation: Deliver tailored product offers by showcasing a diverse range of kitchen systems, materials, and design options that align with each customer’s vision and functional needs.
• Technical Layout Design: Utilize industry-standard design software such as SketchUp or KitchenDraw to create detailed kitchen and dressing room layouts that reflect customer specifications and enhance spatial efficiency.
• Relationship Building and Customer Retention: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients through personalized service, follow-ups, and post-sales support to encourage repeat business and positive referrals.
• Market Knowledge and Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date awareness of the latest kitchen systems, materials, and design trends relevant to the Saudi market to provide informed recommendations and stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding degrees in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in showroom sales, direct sales, or a customer-facing role within the retail or interior design sector. Prior experience in kitchen or dressing room sales is highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp or KitchenDraw is preferred. Alternatively, a willingness to undergo training to master these tools is essential.
• Communication and Persuasion: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to persuasively present product features and benefits to diverse customer segments.
• Professionalism and Presentation: A polished and professional appearance, along with impeccable customer service etiquette, to represent the brand with confidence and credibility.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Proficiency in English is considered a valuable asset in this role.
