Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the agency’s growth and supporting our clients through the development and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. This full-time, remote position is designed for a strategic leader who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing brand positioning, digital marketing strategies, media buying, and content-driven initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical rigor, and exceptional project management skills to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with agency and client objectives, ensuring campaigns are innovative, data-driven, and culturally resonant.
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand positioning, digital marketing, paid media, and content initiatives, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to brief projects, align on messaging, and ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and tools, preparing detailed reports and insights to optimize strategies and inform future decision-making.
• Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance, presenting campaign updates, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Remote Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects in a remote setting, prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media management, email marketing, paid media, and SEO/SEM, as well as familiarity with industry-standard marketing tools and platforms.
• Content-Centric Approach: Experience in content-focused marketing, including briefing and collaborating on localized content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement tactics tailored to diverse communities.
• Analytical Proficiency: Ability to interpret marketing performance data, generate comprehensive reports, and leverage insights to refine campaigns and enhance decision-making processes.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and clients.
• Remote Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients in a virtual environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in an international or local agency setting is highly advantageous.
