STAFF NURSE I

Position Overview

The Staff Nurse I is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care in alignment with established standards and best practices. This role requires a commitment to clinical excellence, leadership during shift operations, and the ability to function as a resource for peers and team members. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, relevant professional licensure, and demonstrated experience in specialized nursing fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
• Demonstrate leadership competencies by acting as a shift resource, team leader, or charge nurse when required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and well-being.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to infection control measures, safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the country of origin, along with licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Demonstrated proficiency in specialized nursing areas, including but not limited to Hematology & Oncology, Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, Pediatric Nursing, and Perioperative Nursing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient advocacy, and adherence to professional nursing standards.
