One Identity Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced One Identity Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing One Identity services to ensure seamless identity and access management across the organization. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining secure and efficient user provisioning, authentication, and access control processes, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional technical support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identity and Access Management: Oversee the identity lifecycle, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management, ensuring compliance with security policies and organizational standards.
• System Administration: Administer and support One Identity services, including One Identity Manager, to maintain optimal performance and reliability of identity and access management systems.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve synchronization, authentication, and identity-related issues, performing root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence and enhance system stability.
• Integration and Deployment Support: Assist in the planning, testing, and deployment of integrations, upgrades, and changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and adherence to ITIL-based processes.
• Incident Management: Provide timely and effective incident response, coordinating with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and external vendors to restore services and mitigate risks.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including process workflows, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations. Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions to empower team members and stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with IT teams, business users, and third-party vendors to align identity management solutions with organizational goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications in identity and access management or related technologies are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with One Identity, including One Identity Manager, with a proven track record in identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and access control.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise authentication protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and support system upgrades and integrations.
• Process Adherence: Familiarity with ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release management processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational policies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to support diverse user groups and stakeholders.
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements and organizational needs.
