As a Senior Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our on-shelf presence, ensuring our products are strategically positioned to maximize visibility and sales. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with planograms, executing in-store promotions, and leveraging real-time market insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Key Responsibilities

In this strategic position, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Merchandising Execution: Execute daily merchandising activities across assigned outlets, ensuring our products—including Snacks, Snack Foods, and Beverages (SSFL)—are optimally displayed in shelves, stands, and floor promotions. Adhere strictly to approved planograms and maintain compliance with agreed-upon terms.
• In-Store Promotions and Sampling: Lead in-store sampling sessions and promotional activities to enhance brand engagement and drive trial. Collaborate with teams to design and implement impactful campaigns that resonate with consumers.
• Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather and analyze real-time market data to identify competitive activities, sales trends, and opportunities. Report deviations from agreements and competitive actions to your supervisor for strategic adjustments.
• Inventory and Quality Assurance: Ensure stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method, remove sub-standard products, and maintain a clean, fresh presentation of products on shelves and displays.
• Customer and Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with outlet partners, adhering to PepsiCo’s Frito Lay Code of Conduct. Present a professional demeanor and maintain open communication with supervisors to align on daily activities and performance metrics.
• Campaign Participation: Actively engage in sampling, redemption, and promotional campaigns as required to amplify brand reach and consumer engagement.

Key Performance Indicators

Your success will be measured through:

• Execution Standard: Consistency in adhering to merchandising standards and planograms.
• Long-Term Agreement (LTA) Enforcement: Upholding contractual agreements and reporting any non-compliance promptly.
• Journey Plan Adherence: Efficiently following and completing daily outlet visit plans as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Valid Driving License: Essential for navigating assigned territories and executing daily merchandising activities.
• Service-Oriented Mindset: A customer-centric approach to ensure retail partners receive exceptional support and product presentation.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, retail partners, and supervisors while maintaining professionalism and positivity.
• Proven Merchandising Experience: Prior experience in retail merchandising, sales support, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Analytical Thinking: Capacity to interpret market data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to enhance sales performance.
