CRM Dynamics Consultant - KSA - On-site - 4 Months

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Dynamics Consultant to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. This includes configuring workflows, customizing entities, and designing user interfaces to optimize usability and functionality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and end-users, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• System Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, or third-party applications, to create a unified and efficient ecosystem that supports data consistency and real-time decision-making.
• Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure proficient adoption of the CRM system. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all CRM solutions adhere to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies. Implement robust data governance frameworks to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with local and international standards.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the CRM solution remains aligned with evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and development. Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is a plus. Experience with Azure services and integrations is also beneficial.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM consulting, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Prior experience in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within a defined timeframe. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.
