Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of specialty products:

• Strategy Development & Execution: Craft and implement a robust product strategy and marketing plan tailored to the therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with mid to long-term sales objectives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders, including major accounts, healthcare providers, and payers. Leverage these relationships to enhance product adoption, access, and market penetration.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and potential threats. Utilize insights to refine product positioning and capitalize on market dynamics.
• Tactical Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee the execution of tactical marketing plans in alignment with the overarching brand strategy. Ensure seamless implementation of campaigns, initiatives, and promotional activities to maximize brand potential and drive revenue growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure cohesive and compliant product commercialization. Act as a liaison to bridge gaps between commercial and operational functions.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business administration or healthcare management are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing specialty portfolios, with a strong preference for therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, Immunology, or similar fields.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic (native speaker) is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship-building within the healthcare sector.
