Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer, your core responsibilities will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and efficient applications. Your duties will include:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Front-End Development: Build responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces using React.js, leveraging modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to enhance user experience across devices.
• Back-End Development: Develop secure, high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js, implementing RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and system integration.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases using MongoDB or SQL-based solutions, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Containerization & Deployment: Containerize applications using Docker to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes. Support and manage deployments on OpenShift/Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
• Collaboration & Agile Practices: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, data scientists, and solution architects, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Participate in Agile development methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, ensuring fast load times, minimal latency, and robust security measures.
• Version Control & Best Practices: Utilize Git-based version control systems to manage code repositories, enforce best practices, and maintain a clean, maintainable codebase.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following technical competencies:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in React.js for front-end development, including state management, component architecture, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong command of Node.js and Express.js for back-end API development, including middleware integration and server-side logic.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of DOM manipulation and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with RESTful API design, development, and consumption, including authentication, authorization, and data serialization.
  • Knowledge of database technologies, including MongoDB (NoSQL) and SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), with expertise in query optimization and schema design.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization, including image creation, orchestration, and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes for managing containerized applications, including scaling, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Git for version control, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment. Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
