Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute project roadmaps that align with corporate goals, ensuring alignment with Almarai’s digital transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive consensus on project priorities.
• Project Delivery: Lead Agile and hybrid project methodologies to deliver applications projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth execution.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate project performance, implement process improvements, and adopt industry-leading project management tools and frameworks.
• Team Development: Mentor project teams, foster a collaborative environment, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure projects adhere to corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in project management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in project management, with a focus on applications, digital transformation, or IT projects in a corporate environment.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe), or similar is highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies, waterfall frameworks, and hybrid project approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable project deliverables.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational corporate setting with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
