Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to spearhead Oracle ERP transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in leading large-scale ERP transformations, ensuring seamless transitions while adhering to scope, budget, and timeline constraints. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project delivery in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire Oracle ERP transformation lifecycle, encompassing planning, requirements gathering, implementation, migration, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases to ensure seamless execution.
• Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Transformation: Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS-to-Fusion Cloud migration and implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Team and Stakeholder Management: Direct and coordinate project teams, vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment toward project goals.
• Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, including project plans, RAID logs, risk and issue management, and change control processes.
• Integration and Migration Coordination: Manage integration, data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and Go-Live activities to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, transparent project status updates to senior management and steering committees, ensuring informed decision-making and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Compliance and Alignment: Ensure all project activities align with business objectives, IT standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements, particularly in government and public-sector engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in IT Project Management, with a strong preference for roles involving ERP transformation initiatives.
• Oracle Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, with a proven track record in Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transformations or migrations.
• Project Lifecycle Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the full ERP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases.
• Digital Transformation Experience: Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation projects and enterprise system implementations, preferably in high-complexity environments.
• Regional Experience: Prior experience working in government or public-sector projects in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
• Certifications: PMP certification is mandatory. Additional certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or equivalent are preferred or required based on client-specific mandates.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, budget control, and team leadership capabilities. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to drive project success.
