Qualifications and Requirements:

While we value individual contributions, the following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Personnel Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, including HVAC, pumps, motors, and control systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and predictive maintenance tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
