Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Exceptional Guest Service:
  • Deliver the Miraval brand promise by providing outstanding service to guests and internal customers.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Adhere to brand standards and implement necessary changes based on audit results to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments, embodying the spirit of teamwork and collective success.
  • Present menus, answer guest questions, and make informed recommendations regarding beverages and service options.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate the Micros Computer System with proficiency, ensuring seamless order management and guest interactions.
  • Maintain the outlet’s facilities, equipment, and supplies in accordance with the Departmental Operation Manual.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in line with hotel standards, including proper storage and temperature control.
  • Assist in setting up and decorating the outlet for special promotions or occasions, aligning with the venue’s theme.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and submit requests for replenishing beverage stock to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Cash Handling and Compliance:
  • Perform cashier duties as required, verifying the authenticity of cash and credit card payments.
  • Adhere strictly to all financial policies and procedures, ensuring transparency and accountability in all transactions.
• Team Collaboration and Growth:
  • Support colleagues in achieving operational goals, fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
