Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the transport and logistics operations to ensure seamless supply chain management. Your core duties will include:

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CILT, CSCP) is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in transport and logistics operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
