Key Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Hilton Jeddah, your core responsibilities will include:

• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and efficiently, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Order Taking and Service: Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Deliver orders in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.

• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels of food and beverage items, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to the management team. Support in maintaining a well-organized and adequately stocked service area.
• Feedback Collection: Proactively seek guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure their needs are met. Report any recurring issues or suggestions to the supervisor for timely resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Prior experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a hospitality or hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including menu knowledge and order accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency during peak hours.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays or dishes for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant technology.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the hotel.
