Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team in Jeddah. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages in accordance with company recipes and responsible service guidelines. Your role will involve greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and providing expert recommendations to enhance their experience. You will ensure efficient and accurate service at the bar while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Welcome guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, taking orders and suggesting drinks based on their preferences and the establishment’s offerings.
• Beverage Preparation: Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages following standardized recipes and presentation techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, managing inventory, and adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the food and beverage team to deliver seamless service, support operational efficiency, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Responsible Service: Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines, prioritizing guest safety and well-being at all times.
• Upselling and Recommendations: Leverage your product knowledge to recommend premium or seasonal beverages, enhancing guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in bartending, preferably within bars, restaurants, or hospitality settings.
• Beverage Expertise: Solid knowledge of drink preparation, mixology techniques, and product ingredients, along with a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and maintain meticulous attention to detail under pressure.
• Training and Language: Formal training in bartending or hospitality is advantageous, and basic proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
