Senior Specialist, SuccessFactors Employee Central – Qiddiya Investment Company

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, SuccessFactors Employee Central to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. This on-site role is pivotal in driving the strategic implementation, optimization, and management of SuccessFactors Employee Central, a leading cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, coupled with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, to ensure seamless integration, configuration, and support of the platform within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist will play a critical role in the following areas:

• System Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including system setup, configuration, and customization to align with Qiddiya Investment Company’s unique HR requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business objectives and compliance standards.
• Data Migration & Integration: Oversee the migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the process. Develop and maintain robust integration strategies with other enterprise systems, such as payroll, time management, and third-party applications.
• Process Optimization & Best Practices: Analyze current HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, user experience, and compliance. Stay abreast of industry trends and SuccessFactors updates to implement best practices and innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement.
• User Training & Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for HR teams, managers, and end-users to ensure proficient adoption of SuccessFactors Employee Central. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to resolve user queries and system-related issues promptly.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and generate insightful reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making. Monitor system performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central, such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central, are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing SuccessFactors Employee Central. Prior experience in a senior or specialist role within a corporate HR or IT environment is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration, data management, and integration with other HCM modules. Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and data migration methodologies. Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools, APIs, and scripting languages is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
