Project Manager Residential, Commercial & Hotel Towers

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential, commercial, and hotel tower projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to local regulations and client expectations. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction and development projects in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership and Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee adherence to construction standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, government authorities, and internal teams. Facilitate transparent and proactive communication to address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Address challenges proactively and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and services. Negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hotel developments. Prior experience in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), BIM tools, and construction management systems. Familiarity with local building codes and Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives is advantageous.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
