Key Responsibilities:

As the Cluster Reservation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Reservation Oversight: Manage and monitor reservations across assigned hotels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Marriott’s global standards.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve reservation conflicts, overbookings, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, prioritizing guest satisfaction and operational integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in reservation management, ideally within a multi-property hotel environment or a large-scale hospitality organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests, colleagues, and vendors with professionalism.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, MICROS, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
