Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, understanding their business needs to deliver customized leasing solutions that drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, assess demand, and position properties competitively in Riyadh’s evolving real estate landscape.
• Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement leasing strategies that optimize property performance, including lease structuring, tenant retention, and expansion initiatives.
• Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients while ensuring sustainable returns for property owners.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including property management, development, and marketing, to align leasing activities with broader business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Leasing Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 7+ years in commercial real estate leasing.
• Strong track record of achieving high occupancy rates, lease renewals, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of Riyadh’s commercial real estate market, including tenant preferences, economic drivers, and regulatory considerations.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and leasing software to manage client relationships and transaction workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Certifications such as CRE, CCIM, or equivalent industry certifications are highly advantageous.
