Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager II - System & Process Projects, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing projects that enhance operational efficiency, system integration, and process optimization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute system and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, process improvement, or system integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA), process modeling software, and ERP systems. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector or large-scale manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
