We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Precinct Development (Urban Core) to join our dynamic team at Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be based on-site and will focus on leading the strategic development and execution of urban precinct projects within the company’s core urban areas. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager - Precinct Development (Urban Core) will play a critical role in shaping the future of Qiddiya’s urban landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop and implement comprehensive precinct development strategies aligned with Qiddiya’s long-term vision, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with national and regional development goals.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to oversee the planning, design, and execution of urban precinct projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government entities, investors, developers, and community stakeholders to foster partnerships, secure approvals, and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Market Analysis and Feasibility: Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities, assess risks, and inform strategic decision-making for precinct development initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local and international regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability standards, while proactively addressing any legal or operational challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in urban development, precinct planning, or large-scale real estate projects, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in urban planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, Revit), project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams, coupled with strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
