Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leadership in Odoo Development: Lead the development, customization, and continuous enhancement of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements. Design and implement custom modules, workflows, and business logic to address unique client needs.
• Integration and API Development: Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrations between Odoo and external systems, including POS platforms, e-commerce solutions, payment gateways, and marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across diverse enterprise environments.
• ZATCA Compliance and Localization: Implement and maintain ZATCA E-Invoicing compliance, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 requirements, XML/UBL structure validation, QR code generation, and cryptographic security. Configure Saudi Arabia-specific localization, including Arabic/English support, VAT compliance, and ZATCA API integrations.
• Process Automation and Optimization: Enhance and automate critical business processes across Sales, CRM, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, and beyond. Develop optimized workflows for picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management to improve operational agility.
• Database and Performance Management: Manage PostgreSQL databases, including query optimization, data integrity, and performance tuning. Conduct regular code reviews, debugging, and refactoring to ensure high-performance, scalable solutions.
• Frontend Development and Customization: Develop and customize Odoo frontend components using XML, JavaScript, QWeb, and OWL frameworks. Create dynamic dashboards, custom reports, and analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain Odoo security configurations, including ACLs, Record Rules, and Role-Based Access Control. Ensure adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability in all development activities.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and digital transformation initiatives. Contribute to the evolution of our ERP architecture and technology capabilities.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, customizations, integrations, and procedural guidelines. Share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• System Maintenance and Support: Manage data migration, Odoo upgrades, and version updates. Oversee module deployment, testing, staging, and production releases while providing ongoing technical support.
