Key Responsibilities and Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality aircraft cabin interior painting, adhering to strict industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Your expertise will directly impact the appearance, durability, and passenger experience on board aircraft. To excel in this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of three years of recent experience in Aircraft Cabin Interior Painting, specifically within Line Maintenance. Your background should demonstrate a strong foundation in delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Specialized Aircraft Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with A320, A330, B777, or B787 aircraft families. Familiarity with the unique design, structural, and painting requirements of these aircraft models is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in surface preparation, masking, sanding, and HVLP/air spray painting techniques. Your ability to meticulously prepare surfaces and apply paint with precision will ensure flawless finishes that meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
• Regulatory and Standards Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Airplane Maintenance Manuals (AMM), IPC (Industry Paint Council) standards, and aviation paint specifications. Your work must align with the highest safety and quality protocols to guarantee compliance with aviation regulations.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is non-negotiable in this role. You will be responsible for identifying imperfections, ensuring consistent color matching, and maintaining the integrity of aircraft interiors throughout the painting process.
