Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Design and Develop Technical Documentation: Create detailed ICT and ELV shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Your technical precision will serve as the foundation for smooth execution on-site.
• Optimize System Designs: Review and analyze design drawings to identify clashes, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Your critical eye will help refine systems for better performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Ensure Contractual and Technical Alignment: Scrutinize Bill of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and contract documents to verify accuracy and completeness. Your attention to detail will mitigate risks and ensure adherence to project scope and budget.
• Prepare Technical Submittals and Method Statements: Develop comprehensive submittals and method statements that guide contractors and on-site teams, ensuring high-quality installation and adherence to industry standards.
• Facilitate Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Act as a liaison between ICT/ELV systems, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. Your ability to facilitate collaboration will be instrumental in resolving technical challenges and maintaining project timelines.
• Support End-to-End Project Delivery: Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and close-out phases. Your expertise will ensure that systems are implemented correctly, tested rigorously, and handed over in perfect working order.

• Structured Cabling (SCS)
• Active Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
• Wi-Fi Networks
• CCTV and Surveillance Systems
• Access Control and Security Systems
• Public Address (PA) and Voice Alarm (VA) Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems

Familiarity with additional systems such as Data Centers, Building Management Systems (BMS), Audio-Visual (AV) Systems, and Digital Signage will further strengthen your ability to contribute to diverse and complex projects.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a motivated professional with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Your academic foundation will provide the technical depth required to tackle intricate system designs.
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in ICT/ELV technical office roles, design engineering, or project engineering. Your experience should demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality technical documentation and resolving technical challenges in fast-paced environments.
