We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Jeddah, playing a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving the growth of our logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, including importers, exporters, traders, and businesses requiring comprehensive logistics services. The role involves generating new sales leads through strategic field visits, proactive outbound calls, networking initiatives, referrals, and targeted business development activities. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting OSUS Logistics’ full suite of services, which encompasses freight forwarding, sea freight, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and other tailored logistics solutions.

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients is a core responsibility. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the operations team to understand customer logistics requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet their unique needs. This includes preparing accurate and competitive quotations, following up diligently with prospects, and converting qualified leads into profitable business opportunities. Ensuring a positive customer experience through regular follow-ups and proactive communication is essential to fostering client satisfaction and loyalty.

The role also involves identifying emerging business opportunities within the Jeddah market, monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor activities, and staying attuned to evolving customer requirements. The Business Development Executive will be expected to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Fluency in both Hindi and Malayalam is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills are advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to follow up effectively and drive business development initiatives.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales responsibilities.
• Candidates with a deep understanding of the local business environment in Jeddah will be given preference.
• Valid Saudi residency and work authorization are preferred.
