As the Senior Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision for urban precincts within Qiddiya, aligning with national development goals and global best practices in smart urbanism.
• Master Planning: Lead the creation of master plans for high-density urban cores, ensuring seamless connectivity, mixed-use zoning, and sustainable urban design principles.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with government entities, private sector stakeholders, and international experts to foster collaboration and drive inclusive development.
• Project Oversight: Manage large-scale precinct development projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Innovation & Sustainability: Champion sustainable urban solutions, including green infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and adaptive reuse of spaces to minimize environmental impact.
• Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of urban planners, architects, and engineers to deliver exceptional results.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

• A proven track record of leading high-impact urban development projects in major metropolitan or international settings.
• Deep expertise in master planning, urban design, and precinct development, with a portfolio showcasing transformative outcomes.
• Strong leadership in cross-disciplinary teams and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for sustainable, people-centered urbanism and a commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous, with a preference for candidates with regional experience in the Middle East.
