Key Responsibilities

As our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Architecture and Development: Lead the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, security, and performance.
• Integration and Automation: Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 systems and third-party applications, leveraging APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and advanced workflows to streamline business processes.
• Database Optimization: Craft and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability for enterprise-level applications.
• Solution Implementation: Support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements, while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and application errors with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Documentation and Collaboration: Create comprehensive technical design documents, deployment guides, and support materials to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with functional consultants and business leaders to translate intricate technical requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Testing and Deployment: Participate in rigorous testing phases, deployment activities, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP technical consulting, Dynamics 365 development, or a comparable role, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, development frameworks, and advanced configurations.
• Database and Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and database management, along with experience in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Integration and API Knowledge: Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, ERP integration frameworks, and third-party system connectivity.
• Reporting and Analytics: Experience with reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Power BI to develop actionable insights from ERP data.
• Cloud Technologies: Bonus points for experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, as we embrace modern, scalable solutions.
