As a Mechanical Engineer within our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-performance HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems while adhering to the highest industry standards.

In this full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will lead and execute critical mechanical engineering tasks, ensuring projects are completed with precision, efficiency, and compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and make a tangible impact on the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Project Leadership and Execution: Oversee and execute mechanical engineering activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB): Perform and supervise TAB for HVAC air and hydronic systems, including airflow and hydronic balancing, to guarantee optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Support the commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, verifying functionality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• System Optimization and Troubleshooting: Conduct performance verification, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to enhance HVAC system efficiency, reliability, and longevity.
• Technical Review and Coordination: Evaluate mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure adherence to project requirements and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to facilitate seamless communication and project delivery.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive TAB reports, commissioning documentation, inspection reports, and technical submissions to support project transparency and compliance.
• Installation and Maintenance Support: Assist in HVAC system installation, preventive maintenance activities, system upgrades, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to ensure sustained operational excellence.
• Compliance and Safety: Uphold adherence to project specifications, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols, and international commissioning practices.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution, with a strong academic background in HVAC, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• 1–7 years of relevant experience in MEP, HVAC, TAB, and Testing & Commissioning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
• Deep technical expertise in HVAC systems, including air and water balancing, chilled water systems, plumbing, and fire protection, with hands-on experience in system design, installation, and optimization.
• Proficiency in TAB instruments and the ability to interpret design airflow and hydronic balancing requirements to ensure precision and accuracy in system performance.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is highly preferred, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence and compliance with local regulations.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Valid Saudi driving license is considered an advantage, facilitating on-site mobility and project engagement.
