Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior executives and business leaders to define and execute IT strategies that support Qiddiya’s operational and growth objectives, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary BRM for IT initiatives, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
• Technology Roadmapping: Lead the development of IT roadmaps that align with business priorities, evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Change Management: Drive adoption of new IT systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations through effective change management strategies.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and proposing data-driven recommendations to enhance system reliability, security, and user satisfaction.
• Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and external partners, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s technical and business requirements while optimizing costs and service quality.
• Risk and Compliance: Ensure IT initiatives adhere to regulatory standards, industry best practices, and Qiddiya’s governance frameworks, mitigating risks associated with technology adoption.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or advanced certification is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in IT Business Relationship Management, IT Strategy, or a related leadership role within a large-scale enterprise or government organization.
• Deep expertise in enterprise IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and digital transformation frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, particularly within the Middle East or international markets, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
