Job Purpose

As a Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in driving product and service awareness, engaging potential customers, and achieving sales targets through strategic promotional activities, product demonstrations, and participation in marketing events. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets while contributing to the department’s overall revenue objectives within your designated coverage area.
• Customer Engagement & Product Promotion: Actively promote company products and increase customer awareness through direct interactions, compelling product demonstrations, and persuasive communication.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and record daily sales activities and results across assigned points of sale, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to your direct supervisor.
• Merchandising & Stock Management: Maintain product visibility and availability in alignment with company merchandising standards and brand guidelines. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to ensure proper stock rotation, minimize product expiry, and reduce waste.
• Event Participation: Represent Salehiya at exhibitions, events, product launches, and promotional campaigns as assigned, contributing to brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Brand Awareness Initiatives: Support marketing and social media efforts in accordance with company guidelines to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
• Customer Education & Support: Provide accurate and detailed information about product benefits, features, and usage. Address customer inquiries professionally and offer tailored product recommendations to meet their needs.
• Market Insights & Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback, market trends, and competitor observations to inform strategic business decisions and improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across departments, embodying Salehiya’s values, policies, and professional conduct in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Possess 0 to 2 years of experience in sales promotion, retail sales, customer service, merchandising, or other customer-facing roles.
• Key Skills:
  • Proficient in sales and promotional techniques.
  • Strong product presentation and demonstration abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of merchandising and product display strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
