As the driving force behind resident satisfaction and compound utilization, you will design and execute a strategic, year-round engagement framework that fosters belonging, enhances lifestyle experiences, and aligns with the compound’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities

You will lead a holistic approach to community engagement, blending creativity with strategic execution to:

• Develop and implement a dynamic annual engagement strategy that aligns with the compound’s vision, cultural nuances, and resident demographics, ensuring programs are inclusive, innovative, and impactful.
• Design and execute a vibrant programming calendar featuring seasonal celebrations, cultural festivals, family-centric activities, wellness initiatives, and educational workshops—all tailored to engage every segment of the community, from young families to seniors.
• Establish measurable KPIs to track engagement success, resident participation rates, and program ROI, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership and property owners through quarterly reports and presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end event planning for large-scale compound-wide initiatives, ensuring cultural appropriateness, family-friendly environments, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Create signature events and traditions that strengthen community identity, foster resident loyalty, and differentiate the compound as a premier lifestyle destination.
• Lead a high-performing team, including Event Planners and Coordinators, by setting clear performance objectives, mentoring talent, and fostering a collaborative culture that drives excellence.
• Manage the annual community engagement budget with meticulous financial oversight, analyzing monthly performance, forecasting costs, and ensuring cost-effective partnerships that enhance program offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop multi-channel promotional campaigns—digital, print, and on-site—that maximize event visibility and participation.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws, cultural guidelines, and regulatory bodies, including Civil Defense, Municipality, and MOH requirements, while managing permits, inspections, and insurance documentation.
• Enhance resident communication through robust platforms that keep the community informed, engaged, and connected, while addressing feedback through regular town halls and proactive conflict resolution.
• Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, artists, vendors, and service providers to enrich event offerings while negotiating sponsorships that align with budgetary goals.
• Oversee security, health, and safety protocols during all events, ensuring seamless emergency response and adherence to the highest standards of resident well-being.
