As a Senior Projects Coordinator based in our Riyadh office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution across our regional and international portfolios. Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will:

• Develop and refine integrated project management tools to optimize monitoring, scheduling, and reporting across all project phases, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of project trackers in collaboration with project managers and document control teams, ensuring accurate documentation and real-time visibility.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables in compliance with client requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison during client meetings, workshops, and formal engagements, capturing decisions, changes, and follow-ups to support project managers and maintain transparency.
• Oversee financial coordination with internal and external finance teams, ensuring timely invoicing and document submission through shared platforms.
• Collaborate with legal teams to manage contract reviews, follow-ups, and CRM record updates, ensuring contractual compliance and accuracy.
• Develop realistic timelines and resource plans in partnership with project managers and discipline leads, balancing efficiency with deliverable quality.
• Monitor project budgets against expenditures, analyzing variances and presenting insights to project managers for informed decision-making.
• Support project reporting using internal tools to track resource allocation, utilization, and productivity, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Enhance standard reporting tools for both internal and client-facing processes, tailoring solutions to meet evolving project needs.
• Mentor junior team members through training and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project administration or project control within consulting or engineering environments.
• Proven expertise in project lifecycle management, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
