Key Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Deliver personalized and attentive service to ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and inspired throughout their stay.
• Operational Excellence: Handle a variety of tasks with efficiency, including processing requests, managing operational needs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Local Insights: Share curated recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guests’ exploration of Riyadh.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address guest needs with creativity and initiative, ensuring their experience remains seamless and enjoyable.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Physical Engagement: Remain active on your feet for extended periods, performing tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and organizing objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and occasionally assisting with heavier items up to 75 pounds.
