Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sales Operations Support: Provide meticulous administrative assistance, including data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and comprehensive recordkeeping to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Sales Documentation and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and finalize contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and detailed booking and loyalty reports to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Actively research, identify, and evaluate unmanaged and prospect accounts to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring the sales team has the insights needed to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Relationship Building and Client Engagement: Partner closely with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers, clients, and hotel partners to discover new opportunities, conduct discovery calls for unmanaged accounts, and deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Special Projects and Events: Support departmental initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participate in meetings, conferences, and special events to enhance brand visibility and foster long-term client relationships.
