Key Responsibilities

The SAP Functional Analyst (Corporate) will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:

• System Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize SAP modules to meet the evolving needs of the business, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
• Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to ensure proficient utilization of SAP systems, while providing ongoing technical support to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
• Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and security of SAP data, generating insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units, translating technical jargon into actionable insights and fostering a collaborative environment to drive project success.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HR) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment. Prior experience in the food and beverage industry or a fast-paced multinational organization is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Human Capital Management (HCM). Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex business requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose innovative solutions that balance efficiency with scalability.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
