Reporting directly to the Safety or Logistics leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions, reduce recurrence risks, and uphold regulatory compliance.

As an Accident Investigator at Almarai, you will:

• Lead comprehensive accident investigations by gathering, analyzing, and documenting evidence to determine root causes and contributing factors in transportation incidents.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurrence, ensuring alignment with international safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and safety teams to identify systemic risks, propose process improvements, and enhance overall safety culture.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess transportation infrastructure, vehicle conditions, and driver performance, providing actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with clear findings, recommendations, and timelines for implementation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging best practices in transportation safety, advocating for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support training programs by sharing investigation learnings with drivers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to foster a proactive safety mindset.

This role is based in Saudi Arabia, with on-site responsibilities requiring travel to various logistics hubs and transportation sites.
