• Risk Management & Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent incidents and ensure regulatory compliance across all operational sites.
• Training & Awareness: Design and deliver engaging training programs to educate employees, contractors, and stakeholders on safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and security best practices.
• Incident Investigation: Lead post-incident investigations to determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and ensure lessons learned are integrated into ongoing safety initiatives.
