Cultivay, a leading childhood development center dedicated to fostering a secure, nurturing, and empowering environment for children through a child-centered approach, is seeking a highly motivated Insurance Specialist (Saudi nationals only) to join our administrative team. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our center, patients, and insurance providers, ensuring seamless and efficient management of medical insurance-related processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in verifying eligibility, processing claims, and resolving insurance-related inquiries to maintain operational excellence and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties designed to streamline insurance operations and enhance patient satisfaction. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Insurance Eligibility Verification: Accurately confirm patients’ insurance coverage and eligibility to prevent billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
• Claims Processing: Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims with precision, adhering to strict deadlines to facilitate timely reimbursements and minimize financial delays.
• Documentation Management: Review and validate insurance requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation—such as medical records, treatment plans, and consent forms—are complete and submitted in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor claim statuses and address any discrepancies or denials by liaising with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance, including reception duties, when required, to maintain a smooth and professional front-office experience for families and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of administrative expertise, technical proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Professional Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a healthcare or insurance setting, to ensure familiarity with standard procedures and workflows.
• Insurance Knowledge: A foundational understanding of medical insurance processes, billing protocols, and terminology, with a keen eye for detail to identify and correct errors in coding or documentation.
• Technical Competency: Proficiency in using healthcare systems, such as ICD-10 or CPT coding, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or insurance software platforms is highly advantageous.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective interaction with insurance representatives, healthcare providers, and families.
• Organizational Aptitude: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless operations.
