As a Welcome Ambassador at W Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first and last impressions of our guests. Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on position, you will be empowered to take initiative and deliver a wide range of services designed to enhance the guest experience. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Guest Arrival and Departure Services: Greet guests with enthusiasm upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a smooth transition during their stay and departure. Your role is to make every interaction feel personal and effortless.
• Local Area Expertise: Share insider knowledge about the local area, including recommendations for dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences. Your insights will help guests discover the unique charm of the destination.
• Operational Support: Address guest requests promptly and efficiently, whether it involves processing reservations, handling inquiries, or coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. Your proactive approach will ensure that all operational needs are met seamlessly.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete reports, maintain accurate records, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all communications and interactions. Your attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Physical Demands: This role requires mobility and stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods. You should be comfortable standing, sitting, or walking, and capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. For heavier items, you may require assistance.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. While prior work experience in a similar role is not mandatory, a passion for hospitality and guest service is essential.
