Our mission is to bridge the gap between capital providers and businesses seeking growth, fostering economic development through technology-driven financial services.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SME Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving business expansion by cultivating strong, mutually beneficial relationships with borrowers and delivering customized short-term lending solutions. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in financial services sales, a deep understanding of lending products, and a relentless drive to exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with borrowers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financing needs and strategic objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison for borrowers, addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to assess the effectiveness of our lending solutions and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Spearhead new business growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting prospective borrowers who require short-term financing solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams—including Product, Marketing, and Risk—to design and deliver tailored financing options that align with borrower requirements and market demands.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic outreach, timely follow-ups, and a consultative approach to closing deals.

Product Knowledge and Advocacy

  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of Manafa’s lending products, staying abreast of evolving features, regulatory updates, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to borrowers.
  • Educate borrowers on the advantages and functionalities of our lending solutions, offering best practices to optimize their financial strategies and outcomes.
  • Gather and relay borrower feedback to internal stakeholders, contributing to product refinements and enhancements that elevate the borrower experience.

Market Analysis and Client Insights

  • Conduct thorough market analyses to evaluate trends, competitor offerings, and borrower feedback, using these insights to refine sales strategies and improve borrower acquisition efforts.
  • Provide actionable borrower insights to internal teams to inform the development of targeted marketing campaigns, product innovations, and sales enablement tools.

Reporting and Performance Management

  • Maintain meticulous records of borrower interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress within Manafa’s CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, tracking progress toward sales goals and pinpointing areas for strategic improvement.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement targeted strategies to enhance borrower retention, loyalty, and overall engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is considered a valuable asset.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of progressive sales or relationship management experience, preferably within the FinTech, banking, or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in short-term lending, commercial finance, or a closely related domain.
  • Strong grasp of lending products, client engagement methodologies, and the digital lending ecosystem.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centric approach that prioritizes building trust and delivering value.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Analytical acumen and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Cultural adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
