As a Merchant Acquisition Specialist at Soholat, your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and engage with merchants across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills, industry knowledge, and strategic mindset to convert prospects into loyal partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Merchant Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify, qualify, and engage potential merchants, leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate and finalize agreements that create mutually beneficial outcomes for both Soholat and our merchant partners.
• Market Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to uncover growth opportunities, assess competition, and recommend actionable strategies to expand our merchant network.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of acquisition efforts, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align efforts and drive cohesive execution of merchant acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms.
• Passion for the Saudi market and a deep understanding of local business dynamics and consumer behavior.
