Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Treatment: Provide professional and compassionate nursing care, including health assessments, administering treatments, and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal recovery and well-being.
• Care Plan Implementation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that align with patient needs and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in patient care, health assessments, and treatment administration, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
• Communication and Education: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients on wellness strategies, health promotion, and preventive care measures.
• Documentation Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
