As the Patient Journey Partner, your responsibilities will be centered around fostering deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders while leveraging Roche’s unparalleled scientific and operational expertise. Your strategic influence will span the entire patient journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond, ensuring seamless integration of Roche’s solutions into real-world healthcare delivery. Key aspects of your role include:

• Bridging Internal and External Perspectives: Act as the primary interface between Roche and its ecosystem stakeholders, translating patient and community needs into actionable insights for internal teams. Prioritize resource allocation and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver faster, more effective solutions.
• Co-Creating Patient-Centric Solutions: Partner with patient advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to identify and remove roadblocks in the patient journey. Leverage your system-thinking mindset to uncover shared goals and co-develop innovative strategies that enhance patient outcomes and healthcare system efficiency.
• Advocating for Evidence-Based Use: Ensure Roche’s products are utilized appropriately throughout their lifecycle, communicating their merits to healthcare professionals in a balanced, truthful, and impactful manner. Align product stewardship with clinical excellence and patient needs.
• Driving Ecosystem Engagement: Oversee stakeholder interactions to cultivate exceptional experiences whenever Roche’s employees, products, or services are engaged. Foster a culture of collaboration that extends across local and global networks, including collaboration with other Patient Journey Partners.
• Future-Forward Strategy: Develop forward-looking solutions that align with Roche’s current portfolio and future pipeline. Your deep understanding of medical affairs, clinical research, and commercialization will enable you to anticipate and address emerging healthcare challenges proactively.

Who You Are: A Strategic Leader with a Patient-First Mindset

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional who is passionate about transforming healthcare through patient-centric innovation. To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Advanced Educational Background: A university degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with an added advantage for those holding advanced degrees in Life Sciences or an MBA. Certification from the CCXA Academy is highly desirable.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs), healthcare organizations, and Roche’s Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs). Your ability to navigate complex partnerships and drive collaborative outcomes will be instrumental.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Extensive experience leading and orchestrating cross-functional teams, from strategy formulation to execution. Your ability to align diverse perspectives and resources will be key to driving impactful change.
• Business Acumen and Commercial Expertise: A robust understanding of commercialization strategies, medical affairs, and customer experience excellence. Your insights will ensure that Roche’s solutions are not only scientifically sound but also commercially viable and patient-focused.
• Deep Domain Knowledge: A comprehensive grasp of patient journeys and treatments within specific disease areas, enabling you to engage meaningfully with specialists and stakeholders. Familiarity with Roche’s current portfolio and future pipeline will further enhance your ability to develop innovative, future-ready solutions.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and collaborators.
