Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the technical design and documentation processes for truck bodies and related applications, ensuring every aspect meets rigorous specifications and customer expectations. Your role encompasses:

• Technical Design and Documentation: Create detailed engineering designs, technical drawings, and calculations to support the manufacturing of truck bodies, ensuring compliance with approved standards and project requirements.
• Technical Inspections and Validation: Conduct thorough inspections of chassis and vehicles to verify structural integrity, functionality, and adherence to engineering specifications.
• Load and Performance Analysis: Perform critical load distribution calculations and engineering design verifications to optimize performance and safety for all assigned projects.
• Material and Component Selection: Specify and source hydraulic, mechanical, and other engineering components based on project demands, ensuring alignment with technical and operational goals.
• Collaborative Project Execution: Work closely with Production, Quality Control, Stores, and other departments to streamline project execution, resolve technical challenges, and maintain project timelines.
• Innovation and Product Development: Support the development of new products and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Assist in evaluating warranty, service, and product-related issues, providing expert technical support to resolve operational and field concerns.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a technical liaison between engineering, production, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of project objectives.
