Key Responsibilities

• Cake Decoration and Finishing: Execute piping, drawing, and other decorating techniques to bring custom cake designs to life, ensuring each piece meets the specified aesthetic and quality standards.
• Collaboration with Senior Decorators: Assist experienced decorators in handling complex or high-volume cake orders, contributing to the efficient completion of projects while maintaining consistency.
• Baking Support: Participate in baking-line activities, including mixing, portioning, baking, and other production tasks, as required to meet operational needs.
• Quality and Consistency: Adhere to standardized recipes, decorating guidelines, and production processes to ensure uniformity in taste, texture, and appearance across all orders.
• Flexible Role Management: Transition seamlessly between decorating and baking sections based on production volume and team requirements, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to support all areas of the operation.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols to maintain a compliant and secure working environment.
• Inventory and Issue Reporting: Monitor ingredient and material levels, promptly reporting any shortages or production issues to the appropriate section lead to prevent disruptions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and delivered on time, fostering a culture of cooperation and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills
