Senior Manager - Enterprise System

Position Overview

Jeddah Cables Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Enterprise System to lead and oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of enterprise-level systems within our organization. This critical role will play a pivotal part in driving digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager - Enterprise System will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise system strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation in technology adoption.
• System Implementation & Optimization: Lead the planning, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, SCM, and other critical business applications, to enhance productivity and decision-making processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to identify system requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless integration across all business functions.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to contractual agreements while mitigating risks associated with system integrations.
• Data Governance & Security: Establish and enforce robust data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while safeguarding sensitive information.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning to drive operational excellence.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the enterprise system budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maximizing return on investment (ROI) through efficient system utilization and cost control measures.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades, migrations, or new implementations, minimizing disruption to business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise system management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), SCM, and BI tools, along with expertise in system integration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex technical challenges, identify solutions, and implement data-driven decisions to enhance system performance.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cable manufacturing industry or similar industrial sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
